Speed of cars will be limited by speed controllers on the highways. These cars will be in always connected mode through wireless communication. You can go faster but you'll have to pay facilitation charges so that these speed controllers increase the limit on your car's speed.

There will be some kind of strong cyber warfare attempt on some govt within 3 years leading to very stringent cyber laws limiting the freedom of cyber expression.

in 5 years, the local installation of software will be a thing of past ... cloud will rule ... not because its great ... but because it takes away freedom from end users ... governments across world want a OS like iphone ... where u can do anything using thousands of apps but all of them being controlled by a central agency (which for apple is app store team) ... google chrome wants chrome OS to rule the world ... as it is very easy govt to block a web application than to take if off from millions of systems if it were installed locally ...
all this gives govt a total check on information, data, and access ...
